The certified natural fibre playground Softfall material (a fine hardwood flake in texture) marketed as ‘Island Softfall’ and provided by this Company has been tested by The Sports Technology Centre in Western Australia and complies with and exceeds the relevant Australian Playground Standard AS/NZS 4422-96.

To fully meet Standards 'Island Softfall' must be placed at a depth of no less than 300mm so it compresses to a depth of 250mm. An additional 20% or 60mm is required under high fall equipment such as monkey bars, firemen’s poles etc..
